JADE GOODY (1981 - 2009)
I've been following her story avidly on THE SUN's online news. She was famous for bullying Bollywood's actress, Ms. Shilpa Shetty by calling her 'SHILPA POPPADOM' in Celebrity Big Brother's Show. This morning, Jade Goody left us, ironically on Mother's Day (in England, Mother's Day is celebrated today) and after married to Jack Tweed exactly one month today. Honestly, it left me devastated to think about her two boys, Bobby (5 yrs. old) and Freddie (4 yrs. old). She pleaded that she refused her two boys to be by her side when she passed on. So sad to hear, isn't it? *sniffs.. Oh ya, during her final days, she already formed a charitable body that she named it as, "The Jade Goody Foundation" to help those who are suffering from Cervical Cancer.
One of her happiest days in 2006 with baby Bobby, Freddie and then husband, Jack.I'm begging women out there, I know some of us still feel so malu-malu (shy) to go for Pap Smear. Trust me, it won't hurt you and you can retrieve the result as fast as 7 days. Don't care if you're married or not, as long as you are already involved in intimate relationship, sexually active or senang cakap aarr sudah kena main... :p Please, prepare yourself to go for medical checkup in every two years. The check up will take 5 minutes, it's only a 10% fraction from your love making moment. I might sound funny but remember, the choice is yours. Think about your loved ones if one day you might leave them too soon. Think twice.
