"Marilah bergembira, bersama menikmati bulan puasa.... mintak Mak satay secucuk, saya mau makan kerna perut selalu kosong..."
Hahahahahahh!!! Happy happy Fasting to all the Muslims globally. I woke up quite early eh, on Saturday. Semangaaatttttt!!!!!
Initally, we went to Stutong Market's Pasar Ramadhan and just to find out that the place itself was damn packed with hungry Kuchingites. Appuuuuu!!!! Memang semangat until the road was packed with cars. The bazaar caused a massive traffic jam.
See??? We were so impatient to wait and drove over, then we made u-turn after Homei. Thus, we almost jumped out from the car when we were then, stopped by a police man. *Huhu..* He let us go after giving his best quote, "Lenkali mun maok u-turn jangan masa polis molah road block.." :P Thanks abang Polis. You're so handsome lah today...hahahaa... Ya ampunnnn!!! Hahaha....
OK. There was no way we can go to Stutong's Ramadhan Bazaar so we detoured to Padungan, to the Kpg. Lumba Kuda's Pasar Ramadhan. Never give up in whatever you do especially when dealing with food, *LOL*. When we arrived there, the place wasn't full like last year but it's a good sign to park our car just next to the canopy. Yippie!
So apalagi? Satay hunting! Satay is a must food listed during this fasting month, anak suka ibu setuju kann??? hahaha...
This face. Patiently waiting for her satay, we ordered 50 sticks! Yeehaawww! 30 chicken + 20 beef = 50 sticks. Cukupkah?
I managed to snap some pictures while waiting for my satay. Well, we bought chicken murtabak, kuih celorot, karipap just to name a few. Oh yes, no dinner was prepared that evening as what I've told before, I will drive myself lazy during this fasting month.
Readers, what is your favourite dish during this month of Ramadhan?
