Curling Anyone?

When it comes to winter Olympics my favorite sport is the bobsled.



To see those sleds going down a ribbon of ice at speeds of about 100 miles per hour is exhilarating. Talk about a rush! Whoa!



But my second favorite sport to watch is .... curling. I'm not kidding. I am serious.



I confess. I really don't know the rules. Well, I sort of know the general idea. But I don't know anything specific.



What I do know is that people who play and follow curling are passionate about it. Football fans. Blah. Baseball fans. Yawn. Hockey fans. Ho Hum. Name any other sport fans. Borriinngg.



But get around curling fans and watch out! These people are FANS! And I love it. I love people who are full of life and passionate. And from what I can tell, curling fans and people who play the sport are PASSIONATE!



So if you see people wearing this pin around Vancouver during the next couple of weeks ....



you will know you are close to a REAL fan of a REAL sport!

Now if I only knew the rules...!
