This heritage building is located along the Princes Highway on the edge of Kogarah Park, in the southern suburb of Carlton. The building was formerly the Kogarah Hotel and now houses a Chinese restaurant. It was originally a single storey building built in 1860 in the with Victorian and Georgian architectural styles. It became a double storey building in 1890 with more Victorian architectural features.

Carlton, railway station, sunset (Theme Day: Edges)
This sunset is over the railway station in the southern suburb of Carlton. The view is from the edge of the concourse, down to the edges of the platform and the edges of the station buildings.
