The kids are too free

CHICAGO PUBLIC SCHOOL bans homemade lunches.

Principal Elsa Carmona said her intention is to protect students from their own unhealthful food choices.

Remember this quote from the Denver Post's David Harsanyi:

Progressivism is the belief that we have too much freedom with which to make too many stupid choices.

But it couldn't have anything to do with making a profit for the cafeterias, could it? Nah....
