KFC COOLEST KID CONTEST - ONE STEP CLOSER TO BECOMING A LIL' DIVA

KFC COOLEST KID CONTEST was held at Wisma Saberkas on last Saturday, 25th July 2009. I'd like to thank Ida of Borneolove for the announcement in her blog. We managed to meet up at KFC Wisma Saberkas on Thursday. I knew that I didn't have time to go shopping on Friday, so after the registration we rushed to top up Gabby's collection. The concept for the contest was 'COOL' so I wanted to try something different and I picked Nicky Hilton as my guide.

Nicky Hilton. Isn't this style look cool to you? Hmmm... I have to be creative with my current collections.

Testing her stockings, sunshade and shoes. Ignore the nightgown. That 80's style tied up locks? Hmmm.. OK. Cool. Next, catwalk training.

This is her final look. 20 minutes before the contest started!

............... will be continued!

President Carter Resigns From the Southern Baptist Convention.....Again!

I've had a few people around town comment on this week's 'news' that Former President Jimmy Carter was "....leaving the Baptists over issues about women!" Dr. Al Mohler addresses the facts on his blog:

For critics of the Southern Baptist Convention, former President Jimmy Carter is the gift that just keeps on giving. Over the last several days, yet another round of news reports has trumpeted the news that the former president has resigned his membership in the Southern Baptist Convention. Almost a decade after he first made this announcement, his repetitive return to this theme set up a new avalanche of news reports. Reports, we might add, that are not news. Adding insult to injury, the reports are about a "resignation" that isn't even a resignation. Try explaining that to the international media.

WHEN COKI WAS BORING...

Told you right, bout my boring weekend, being isolated at home? Luckily Zul called me up and we went out, after much bargaining, finally on Tuesday night. The meeting spot was Starbucks, The Spring.

I was late prior to the earlier heavy downpour, an hour like that. Poor Zul, when I arrived he was starving and we decided to have dinner at Kluang Station, next door.

Zul was really taking his sweet time to decide.......

We continued the gossiping and Facebook-ing till 10:45 p.m. Miss Coki needed a beauty sleep and a fresher body the next day for working. Talking about working, look at what Mr. Kingkong had for breakfast!

See, how big is the so-called plate???? Whoaaa!!!!

Heehehe... look at my monstrous looking fish. This is my Ikan Masak Balado (bercili). I cooked them last Sunday and best served with hot and steamy white rice. Very very spicy. Wanna try some?
