LATEST FASHION WEAR TRENDS | Wear the trend - Animal Prints

There’s no running away from animal print trend that carries on from the previous season. No matter what creature you have affinity, this runway favourite of Givenchy, Roberto Cavalli, Vivienne Westwood Red Label and Nalanda Bhandari has everything covered – from tiger prints to leopard spots. With so many options to choose from, fashionworld-live helps you select how to unleash your fierce side irrespective of the occasion.

Brunch: Barely there animal prints work best if you are hesitant about donning this trend during the day. Pair the Sass & Bide snakeprint T-shirt with skinny trousers and an over sized denim shirt for a relaxed look. If you would rather experiment more, try mixing animal prints with florals. Vogue.in recommends printed satin jersey dress by Just Cavalli.

Work: Only the daring girls can carry this trend off in a corporate environment. While the printed silk dress from Marc By Marc Jacobs teamed with a boyfriend blazer should work for the office, if you are unsure, stick to accessories. We love the Ripley Elaphe snakeskin iPad case by Jimmy Choo to help you flaunt your latest gadget.

Evening: Unless you are out on a first date, go all out and show your adventurous side with an animal print dress, paired with crimson lips and a sleek bun. The Zebra print jersey gown by Emilio Pucci should do the trick for formal events. However, for seventies sex kitten vibe, opt for these leopard print silk satin pants by Roberto Cavalli with a black vest.

How to wear: This is a fun trend so let your playful side out with ruffles, frills and bows. Avoid going overboard by balancing your outfit with nude accessories. Add a touch of black for a sophisticated edge. We love the ruffled organza top from Marc by Marc Jacobs. Wear it with a pencil skirt to take the trend to work.

When it comes to evening wear, think Blair Waldrof with extra large bows on cocktail dresses or even on suits. For those not enamoured of the trend for cute, try it in simple doses with accessories, Dior’s floral necklace in pink and purple is sure to put you in the mood for some candy or try some lingerie, the pink and white polka dotted set by Agent Provocateur is pretty enough to qualify.

Vogue.in Loves: We heart the Allsorts necklace by Punky Allsorts. Wear it with a deep cut vest and jeans to add a touch of playfulness to your look.
