This heritage building is located on the corner of Prince Albert Street and Bradleys Head Road, in the lower north shore suburb of Mosman. This building containing shops and residences was built in 1908. It is an example of Federation architecture, in the Arts and Crafts style. The shopping strip has been declared a conservation area for the early twentieth century architecture.
